The methods most iui use for the separatiomi of the differemit morphologic fonmns of blood leukocytes are those of Bessis,tm Robiuseaux amid Lebrums-Pages,2 amid Agranoff, Vatlee and Waugh.3 Of these the first method requires special tubes and hematocrit deterniimiation, while the secomid amid third miiethods m e(fl1mre special substances not easily acquired amid complicated apparatus.
